How to Link from One Slide to Another in a Google Slides Presentation

When we are training, we need to be able to go between slides to answer questions. The ability to link one slide to another slide somewhere else in the Google Slides presentation is a real win for us, and it is simple to do:


Step 1 - Select the text or image you are going to turn into a link


Step 2 - Click the link 🔗 tool on the toolbar or use shortcut ctrl K (Windows) or cmd K (on a Mac) or (yes, another or) use the right-click menu.

Step 3 - Select the destination. You don't have to paste a link; you can select 'Slides in this presentation' and choose from the list of slides.

Don't forget you might want to link back to your current slide also!
