We reuse presentations for training all the time, but sometimes certain slides aren't relevant to the session, or a client has asked us to run it as a bite-sized session. Instead of deleting slides or creating multiple similar slide decks, we use the skip slide option. It lets you hide slides during a presentation, but you can retrieve them later!

When we are training, we need to be able to go between slides to answer questions. The ability to link one slide to another in a different part of the Google Slides presentation is a real win for us.

In Google Slides, you'll be building a presentation, you’ve dropped in your company logo, and then you spend ten minutes trying to guess which shade of pink matches the brand. I then start searching my Google Keep notes for # hex colour code.

In the Gemini app, we can create presentations with Canvas. This is a great tool to save time creating presentations from information that already exists elsewhere.
