You can create your presentations in Google Slides and download them as a PowerPoint slide deck if you work with colleagues on Microsoft.
To convert Google Slides to PowerPoint
Step 1 - Click the 'File' menu in Google Slides
Step 2 - Click 'Download' and 'Microsoft PowerPoint'
This will download the Slides Presentation as a PowerPoint to your machine.

You can also send the file directly from the Google Slide deck in a PowerPoint format.
Step 1 - Click the 'File' menu in Google Slides
Step 2 - Click the 'Email' option and 'Email this file'

Step 3 - In the 'Email this file' box select 'Microsoft PowerPoint' as the file type.
