Utilise Gems in Gemini for Repetitive Tasks

Gems are perfect for repetitive tasks. Google calls it ‘a tool that lets you

create custom experts for any task within Gemini.’

Step 1 - Open Gemini and click the ‘Gem manager’ in the bottom left menu.

Step 2 - You can view pre-made Gems created by Google, which might suit the task you have in mind. For example, you could use the ‘Copy creator’ Gem if you are writing brand content.

Step 3 - You can create custom Gems to suit your specific needs. Click ‘New Gem’.

In the example below, we want this Gem to replicate our voice for social posts, so we will then have this chat ready to create content regularly. Don’t forget to upload relevant content and click ‘Save’ when finished.

Step 4 - You can access your saved Gems in the ‘Your Gems’ section.
