Proofreading in Google Docs Powered by AI

You can check your Spelling and Grammar in Google Docs, but did you know you can also get suggestions on Conciseness, Active voice, Wording and Sentence Split.


Step 1 - Open Google Docs and select 'Tools', 'Proofread'.

Step 2 - The Proofread panel will open to the right, where you will see the suggestions you can accept.

Step 3 - To edit the Proofread settings, select the option from the Proofread menu.

Step 4 - Select the suggestions you would like Google to make.

These changes will apply to all your documents.
