In Google Calendar, you can hide the guest list on your event invites. This can be useful when hosting events with multiple clients or when you want to avoid leaking external customer email addresses.

Step 1 - Open your Google Calendar and click the 'Create' button

Google Calendar screen with Create menu open, showing options like Event, Task, Out of office, Focus time and Working location.

Step 2 - Add your guests on the right side of the invite, under the 'Guests' tab.

Calendar Guests tab with Add guests field, showing organizer Jordan Hughes and guest lauren.hughes@cloudshedtraining.co.uk

Step 3 - Below this are the 'Guest permissions'; from here, you can untick or uncheck the 'See guest list' box.

Don't forget to hit save.

The attendee will only see their name and the event organiser.

Remember: If you hit the 200 guest list limit, the guest list will automatically be hidden.
