Oops! You didn't mean to hit send on that email yet. No worries, in Gmail, you have up to 30 seconds to undo the sending of that email.
It couldn't be simpler. By default, it gives you 5 seconds to undo.
Step 1 - You have composed your email and hit send, but you weren't ready! At the bottom of the screen, hit 'Undo' in the black box.

Step 2 - You can increase the time to up to 30 seconds. To do this, click the settings wheel in the top right of Gmail and select 'see all settings'.

Step 3 - Scroll to the 'Undo Send' section and select the cancellation period that suits you. Click 'Save' at the bottom to save your changes.

BUT, remember if you are sending information you wish you could recall, use a Google Doc, you can change the permissions at any time, but you cannot recall the email.
