If you send the same emails repeatedly, you can save them as Templates in Gmail, it's a real time-saver.
Here’s how it works
Step 1. Enable Templates in the ‘Advanced’ section of the Gmail settings. You can access your settings by clicking the settings cog at the top right of your Gmail screen, then 'See all settings'. The 'Advanced' section is a tab along the top.
Don't forget to save the changes at the bottom!
Step 2. Go to ‘Compose’ and write the email (make sure to remove your signature, otherwise this will be duplicated when using the template later!)
Step 3. To save the template in Gmail, go to the 3 dots at the bottom and in the 'Templates' menu there’s the option to save and name the template.
Step 4. To insert a template into an email, go to the 3 dots and there’s the option to insert the template in the Templates menu
Tip: The name of the template will populate the subject field in new emails. So, if you always use the same subject, have that as the name of the template.
