A Google Doc can include a mix of portrait and landscape layouts. This is useful for wider content, such as tables and images that need more horizontal space.
Step 1 Select the text or image of where you would like to change the page orientation, for example below, I would like to change this portrait page to a landscape page so my table has more room.
Step 2 Right-click and select 'Change page to landscape'

This can also be done by selecting the text or image then going to 'File' and clicking 'Page setup'.

Choose 'Apply to' and 'selected content', then select your orientation.
